I'm cautiously optimistic. Glad to have Prielipp back but at the same time hoping he's not too rusty.

Coach Bo said his bullpens have been as good as ever.

I had trouble sleeping last night and I think it was because of the CP news.

I think I have a problem.

I think it was stated above but Bama is as healthy as anytime since the start of the season. TJ rolled an ankle in the A&M series but it sounds like he’s ok and should play this upcoming weekend. Not sure about Guffey. Cautiously optimistic that Bama keeps the momentum going and that I’m looking for the broom emoji come Saturday!

In their updated predictions, Baseball America has Alabama as a #2 seed in the Austin regional.

A sweep this weekend would be huge and is very doable.

With series at Kentucky, Vandy, and LSU, and with Miss State still out there as well, you need to rack up those wins while you can. I realize LSU isn't in the same category as those other teams right now but going down there won't be easy.

This 9 game stretch is huge. Healthy, hitting the ball as well as we have all year, got 2 of our 3 weekend starters back, play 3 of the 4 bottom teams in the league (and just swept the 4th).

Gotta pad the conference win total.

Agreed. Being able to get 6-7 wins in the games against Auburn, Mizzou, and LSU would be huge. Maybe that's greedy, but would put us in pretty good shape even if the UK, Vandy, and MSU series don't go well.

lousy OF play..The RF throws it 20 feet instead of hitting his cutoff man on the first triple. Either way our OF play was horrible on both plays.
