I'm sure this isn't all of it but it sounds like they hired some ex-players who were very good playing but had little to no coaching experience and it has failed miserably.

EDIT - Gametracker got ahead of itself and showed a 1-0 count so I assumed he was staying in. Freeman is coming in to pitch.
