But I had said many many many times Hurt's was the best and should start.
Barnett was the worst from everything I had seen of him and now he's gone. Figure that.

Dude just stop.
CrimsonBoz has been legit. Everything he has said and predicted has been for the most part spot on.
From Hurts being amazing and needing to start, to Blake Barnett being soft and jittery.
You're just mad you guys were way wrong and never have given Boz his due.

The point is only that "sources" can also be wrong.
I don't pretend to have "sources" and have no clue what you think I was wrong about, that I am supposed to now be mad about. Give me some specific examples, as in links, and we'll talk about it. Till you can do that, then I figure you're as clueless as a lot of sources.
Listen, I have been on these sports boards for about 19 years, and there's this silly kind of oneupmanship on every board.
Give me the links about whatever you are talking, then we'll talk more.

Dude he doesn't even post or come off like that. Never asks for the attention or even to be appreciated.
You should be happy he gives his input. I know I am...

It's no huge deal. As noted, my only point is that sources can be and often are wrong. They were obviously wrong in this case about the qb order. They may possibly be wrong about how ok Ridley may be with a significant dropoff this year. It happens.

I'll just say ok and we can all move on.

ahh, it's cool. We're all Bama fans. I assume so, anyway.

Thanks for the reply. Was hoping Barnett would have put on 25 lbs and stayed. Oh well were moving on. Hurts for Heisman!

I don't reveal my sources but if you dig around you can see some things here and there. I'm very connected to program right now and have been for quite some time.
No sweat. I was just curious if there was a back story. (e.g. similiar to the sourcing in the current Coach O thread)

You will never convince me that Les to Michigan was not all but a done deal until the story leaked.

He had 94 yards literally the last game we played and a perfectly thrown 47 yard touchdown pass from hurts, in stride.
First of all, it wasn't perfectly thrown. It was a wobbler that was good enough.
Second of all, Cooper was so open on that play, I believe many posters on this board could've completed that pass.
As someone posted on this board, his passing reads are often made pre-snap. If Kiffin has designed a play to Cooper, and the defense busts coverage on him, you then see a "perfect" deep ball from Jalen
