Anyone else enjoying the trash talk?

I know my fellow bama brethren well and if you're like me you are just sitting back watching the trash talk patiently and just waiting for them (rival fans) to mess up and then unleash holy hell on them. Can you imagine how many threads have been bookmarked and how many response threads there will be?

You can bookmark them all you want, but one of the shittiest things about this website is they will just anchor it and it will never show up on the front page.
I've done it many times and the threads never get bumped to the top.

I find it hilarious that we have made the AU fans relevant. They are now acting like little brother of LSU. 
If UGA wins Saturday I will get banned and if not then if LSU misses the playoffs it will happen.

I haven't fully decided if I enjoy the hypocrisy of fans in general.
For example, you have heard for years from LSU fans about "conference champions only", etc. and if Georgia wins this Saturday, I FULLY expect to hear from a large majority of them that LSU still "deserves" to be in the playoffs.

I used to enjoy it about 20 years ago, when the college football forums were new to the www. Now I would rather have good conversation. As I have said before, the open board on this website could be a good one for that but it's pretty much just a trash talk board. With as many forums as there are on this site, you'd think they might start a new board open to all teams for genuine discussion and keep the trash talk on The Rant.

Not a bad idea TBH. People still get to do their shitposting but people looking for legitimate discussion don't have to wade through it.
Not sure if it would work in practice, but it's a good idea and probably worth a try.

It has worked on other websites. Most of the time the posters kind of police their own, directing the trash talk to the appropriate board, which in this case would be The Rant.

Would require the mods to actually moderate if you want a reasonable talk board. The mods on this site are mostly LSU homers and aren't willing to reign their people in
