Honestly not sure why anyone who leaves Louisiana would ever go back. They are still violently angry over a commitment that took place two years ago.
ETA - Wondering what influence this sort of anger has on recruits.

LC probably does need to just stop commenting on it in general, but until LSU fields a team comprised of 85 players from Louisiana their dumbass fans can all STFU about kids leaving the state for college.

Whole lot of immaturity going around in the LC situation. He needs to be quiet and quit inflaming the situation. Obviously a lot of LSU fans need to cool it. He had a right to go wherever he wanted.

Looks like Landon was just asked a question and he told the truth.

Talamaivao visit exceeded his expectations. He was hosted by Robert Foster, Isaac Luatua, and brandon Hill. Says he is solid to Alabama but will take an OV to USC January 18.

Excerpts from the LSU section in this week's Meltdown:
blah:
quote:
frick You Les miles for losing to Saban. frick you in the goat arse
quote:
Leave the SEC. We failed in lots of areas but watching yet again as Johnson is tackled, Hunter is grabbed like he's at a prom, targeting not called when Landon hit Landry, no PI when ODB was ran over in the endzone, etc, etc, etc. In a clean game, we maybe still lose, but it's beyond that now - it is a matter of player safety. You can understand players giving up when you aren't protected or allowed to win.
quote:
The silver lining? We may not lose in the last second for once
quote:
Freak calls Bama soft, they proceed to push our shite in.
quote:
As much as I love cheering for SEC teams, I hope in my heart of hearts that somebody, preferably FSU wins out and takes Bama down. It is not good for college football, the SEC, or LSU in general for Bama to win another title. Parity is the best thing for sport and parity does not currently exist (if it ever existed). At least other programs and fanbases enjoy wins for what they are, as opposed to the bammer robots who take the win and merely move on to the conquest because every games counts equally. This removal of emotion from the game, let's call it Vulcanization, is what I hate about the "process" and is the reason why the rest of the USA should hope that it eventually dies an awful death. My prayer tonight will be "dear baby Jesus, please let Mack Brown lose the rest of his games so that UT will buy what little is left of Saban's soul and use it to destroy the remainder of evil in the world."

The entire country knows the problem is Miles - except those on here who would sail the Titanic with Captain Les Miles.

From some dude on BOL regarding Jabrill Peppers:

Hearing some rumblings that Coach Mario is still working this one hard and there are some cracks in the armour due to Michigan's poor performance. There seems to be a high-level surprise every year and this could be an A'Shawn Robinson type flip.

FWIW, BOL is posting a Recruiting War Room in about an hour.
BOL is free during the season so if you haven't already signed up go ahead and do it. It gives you access to the entire 247 Sports network, including members only stuff on other team's boards.

They said that FSU is still a real threat for Humphrey. Said that the highlight of his visit was meeting with track visitors.
Still like that he gets to see us again vs Miss St.
