One of the top remaining targets for UCLA is the nation’s No. 2 offensive guard according to 247Sports in Damien Mama of Bellflower (Calif.) St. John Bosco. Mama has an extensive list of suitors including Alabama, Notre Dame, USC and Wisconsin. Currently his Crystal Ball has him predicted by an 89% margin to USC. However according to one source, if signing day was tomorrow, Mama would be signing with UCLA.
Sorry Bucc.

How many spots do we have left? I see 22 commits and I know there is the rule about 25 per class. Can we back count anyone? What happens if Hootie, Hampton, Humphrey, Elam, and LC all want to commit and we don't have spots? Who greyshirts?

A few guys won't make the grades and one or two more will flip.

Yes you can back count if spots are available. The big question has been how many. Anywhere from 1 to 3 is the general consensus.

I'll supply the 9mm bullet for Holcombe and the Colorado kickers kneecaps
Speaking of numbers and recruiting why are we making no impact on Gerald Willis? Considering his brother is at Bama and now its came out LSU fans have called their house calling them racial slurs.

I think 26 is the number.
Hootie
Hampton
Marlon
Elam
LF
5 guys for 4 spots.
Some guys won't qualify, one or two more will flip. We probably sign an even 25.

If April didn't want a little Crimson in her life after watching her baby boy VOLOLOLOLOLing 90 yards to a TD then she is truly a lost cause.

I'll never get over us offering guys like Anthony Orr or Keith Holcombe and not Pookie (Sandkhan's coined term for Keenan Allen's brother) or anyone of the sh tty recruiting combos we turned down. If we are going to take someone to warm the bench why not just someone attached to a 5 star guy?

Because the United States doesn't negotiate with terrorists.

I have little doubt she's a lost cause especially after reading that ESPN article that came out today. She doesn't like Bama and she's convinced herself that she's been disrespected/mistreated by our coaching staff.

Wouldn't have mattered. Cal gave Keenan's handler a job. And Orr wouldn't have lasted 5 years if he wasn't doing the things that he's supposed to to help the team even if it hasn't translated to PT

If she blames Alabama coaches for LSU fans sending her racism laden hate mail then she is truly a corndog.

No, she feels like the staff hasn't given her enough love the times she's visited to watch LC play. At least that's what she claims. I suspect she's just holding a grudge because we got LC to come to Bama against her wishes.

Exactly Sarc, nothing we can do to ever make her happy. Too bad Willis doesn't like a Bama booster's jailbait daughter.

If she doesnt want to come to the championship parades, the only person she hurts is her son. No skin off my back.
I do feel for Landon having such a selfish mother though. I hope she gets nothing when he signs a fat contract.

Ah ok. I didn't read the article. I just assumed it was about the hate mail thing.
But yeah, unless our coaches are just flat out ignoring her she is being a typical female and will hold that grudge until the day she dies.

Despite what she says, somehow I doubt we're doing that considering she's the mother of a 5* DT we're recruiting.

NOLA we will sign 27 sounds like, Roberts may flip, Talamaivo may flip, there is a spot for those you mentioned though
