Someone give me the deal on Jacob Coker:
1. If we sign him, does he count towards the 25?
2. Why was he not highly recruited out of high school? 247 lists him as a 3* with offers from Bama, Miss St, and FSU.
3. What do Bama fans see in him that makes us believe he would beat out who we have on campus now?
4. In your opinion, if we landed him, how would this affect our qbs we have on roster/ are recruiting?

He would be a transfer, not a recruit so no to he 25, yes to he 85.
Some kids get better in college
He was neck and neck with Winston all spring
It would push a qb or two that we have out the door, don't thnk it would affect cornwallace or pretty Ricky

Oh man...everything. I know kiper is hit or miss but he's called him a first round talent. Dameyune Craig said Coker and Winston are more talented than EJ Manuel and he coached all 3
Basically, Coker would probably be the best quarterback in the conference next year and that's not exaggerating. With him we would go from embracing the cotton bowl to butthurt without another title.

He graduates from FSU in December and will have 2 years of eligibility left, so he'd be able to play next fall.
