Got confirmation that Holcombe has zero effect on Evans. We would take both and are trending up for Evans. Will know more after his visit is over.

By Nussmeier. Doesn't mean he recruited him off campus, but he has spoken to the HC a few times.
ETA: The Bryant Scholarship stuff is still completely a rumor anyway, no one has said anything concrete about it.

With this starting to look like a bigger and bigger LB class and another small TE class, I wouldn't be surprised if either Holcombe or Walker Jones gets a look at H-back

It's possible, he's got the height and speed for the position(2 4.6s at the Bama camp he was at). Brad Smelley was told both LB and H-B out of HS and we know where he ended up at. Same with Tyler Hayes(if not moreso), though he snuffed out any shot he had at whatever position. It went back and forth between where he reportedly was starting off at.
