We better show out fan support wise. Which likely means we'll have a pathetic showing and auburn fans will double us up.

To be fair they will have given up on football at that point in the season

I don't like playing SEC teams in the preseason can we seriously not find a big 12 or a acc school? I just like them getting an extra look at our guys in person. And I fricking hate both of the coaches. Beard is a scumbag, and Minnie Pearl...

8 tickets in the lower level costs a smooth $977…for an exhibition game.

I’d rather give $100 to Alabama’s NiL and sit my arse at home than pay $100 for an exhibition ticket and half of it goes to Auburn.

That's all the more reason they should've scheduled P5 out of conference teams for the exhibitions. Make it feel special, against a team we rarely see. Not the same batch of assholes we play twice a year.

That said, if it were in Mobile, I might still go. We don't get many opportunities down here to which a game without needing a hotel room.

I think going to that game takes the shine off going to the actual game and I don't want that. So I'm not going. I fully realize nobody cares.

I'd rather them do this with Tennessee than Auburn. Feels wrong, not even sure why.

Feels 100 % wrong, understandable, but wrong. There are probably only 2 or 3 exhibition games that Alabama or Auburn can make where

a) They can charge above premium prices
2) They can sell out a 17,000 seat arena

I would venture to guess for Alabama those games would be Duke (because it's Duke), UConn because they have ruined all of our best seasons ever in basketball and Auburn because they are just the worst. Im sure Duke and UConn get invitations from everyone in the country so they were off the board. This game kind of tells you how desperate everyone is in the NIL era. It's gross and should never happen. Not only are we taking the shine off the real IBOBs, but we are bedding up with them to reach a common goal out of borderline desperation... I hate it.

I would think both teams will play all their players and not really go all out to win the game. Its obviously a fund raising deal, and a chance to see all the new players. RTR

When I opened the pre-sale email last week, they were going for $208 each.

$977 for this jamboree is a bargain!

FWIW I don’t think they are splitting the baby on team website ticket sales

However half of the Good People Muchacho you bought at the game would presumably go to Auburn

Nate really hired his wife back. Is that legal?

It’s legal but also stupid and unnecessary.
