Lumpkin, Diaz, and Holloway is a pretty good trio for 28.

I think Nate has figured out that having roster continuity, such that you can, these days means recruiting high school players you know have the foundation of an NBA skill set, but will need 2 or 3 years in college to refine their games enough to be worthy of a first round pick. Seems like most of the guys we target fall into that category at least, and if they end up better than that like Clowney then that's just a bonus.

Yep. We get a lot of great players in the 20-50 range. You start getting into the teens or lower, you start getting into pretty serious bidding wars for immediate starter types. And as good as the recruiting has been, the scouting to find guys in the late double digits that are early contributors is impressive as hell. Prioritizing guys like Allen and Clowney, is a huge reason for the success.

And those two were ranked somewhere between 60 to 100. Oats is amazing at finding the right recruits for his system.
