Wasn’t familiar with this commit

Braves 13th round pick is Canadian prep RHP Cole Dorland. Bama commit who is a bit undersized but one of better Canadian prospects this year though didn’t appear in MLB Draft League with Canadian Jr National Team. Lottery ticket arm

Getting Heiberger back is big. Very experienced and proven arm that could fill multiple roles. Losing the two transfer pitchers hurts. We're going to probably need at least a couple of these freshmen to be good.

Kind of surprising to me that both are going pro instead of trying to up their stock especially Lambert a 6th rounder

The three-batter minimum is bullshite.

It totally affects the strategy of the game.

For the better. LOOGY's are a thing of the past and professional baseball is better off for it. Same with ABS and pickoff limits. I think it's a smart move for college baseball.

From what I gather, he was a 2027 commit who reclassified for 2026, but has now been drafted and reportedly has changed his profile pic to one in a Braves uniform. Oh well.
