Zack was a freshman this past year. If I’m not mistaken, he had a back injury that sidelined him for the season. Looks like he had a great summer. Hope he’s able to carry it on to this upcoming season!

Perhaps my favorite metric in the calculations is the RCP. Teams need a strong core of returning players to maintain culture and success. This metric rewards programs who keep their guys within the program. The team that got beat up the worst here was South Carolina who had to undergo a complete roster makeover after the coaching change. Kentucky and Arkansas were not too far behind in the calculations. The teams that exceled were Missouri (1), Alabama (2), Ole Miss (3), Oklahoma (4) and Texas A&M (5). Mississippi State finished in the middle of the pack at 8th.
