Nothing but mistake after mistake after mistake..

This shite is hard to watch. Has been since saban left. Army shite the game away too, which makes this day worse. Oh well, at least my son’s 7U team won.

Keelon has no time
Posted on 9/12/26 at 3:04 pm to theballguy
We are stuck with him for a few years at this point. O line has to play a lot better to give a young QB a shot
Posted on 9/12/26 at 3:04 pm to BamaLoop00
Yeah this offense is just not prepared in any capacity. I'm over the Grubb era man
Posted on 9/12/26 at 3:04 pm to BamaLoop00
Zero discipline from the offense. And CKD is an offensive guy. Wtf
Posted on 9/12/26 at 3:04 pm to theballguy
We need to give Keelon something to build his confidence. Start by running the ball.

I think that Russell having his first road start without our best player on O line is a bad combination. I also think that CKD has a tendency to drop games that he shouldn't (not being negative about him, he also is a winner that wins big games).
Combined, I see us having a sloppy game and a scrappy win that will be ugly, but a good character building opportunity. I expect a decent amount of melt from people during the game but in the end I think it will be good for the team going forward.

I'm not even upset... This is just Deboer on the road.

I hate Grubb.

I don't want to be negative but we just arent a good offensive team

This game has that OU feeling.
The game where we kept digging ourselves into a hole.

You have to run the ball there
Posted on 9/12/26 at 3:04 pm to CrimsonBoz
You’re not wrong but if the line is not going to give him time he needs to not hold onto the ball. Pull the trigger.
Posted on 9/12/26 at 3:04 pm to mistaken4193
Honestly just change the game plan. Power I, speed sweeps, qb runs. Not enough time for developing passes.

True but I said all this 2 years ago and got downvoted to frick. Dunno how people did not see this coming

Since before Saban left, in reality

You guys still hot on DeBoer?
I don't think anyone can reasonably see this as a long term solution. Even if he managed to pull off a string of wins at the right time, this isn't a sustainable model.
