He identified and trained coaches who could. There’s a reason so many of his former assistants aren’t just good coaches but some of the best in the sport.
It’s not accidental you don’t see a lot of that from anyone else.

No we didn't. Every play the first three drives ran the clock down to 2 seconds. We even burnt a time out in the second possession. Are we watching the same game?

No fricking way van der mark should be playing unless Parker can’t go. There is zero upside to him over dewberry or Sanders. And they haven’t played great this year

We were doing the sugar huddle. We broke huddle at 14-15 seconds, got set, snapped it shortly after and did minimal pre-snap work.
I’m assuming Grubb did this to minimize Venables bringing in calls based on film study before the headset shuts off because that’s his calling card
