If you will check, I went back and edited in “WHEN MILROE WAS HURT” which I left out of that post and which conveys what I was trying to say, that it was hopeless at that point and putting Simpson in would not be “trying to win the game.” The game was not winnable at that point..
I would have tried Simpson when it got 24-3 because Millroe was arse but with no illusions of what it would accomplish.
