Bama is slowly coming together

The defense played lights out! And if Milroe starts hitting more of those crossing patterns and slants, this team has a good shot at Atlanta.

Milroe put that game on his back today imo. Nothing but praise considering the shitty situations we put him in. Outside the int he was incredible in the second half

several bad passes

This is the shite that makes the Milroe haters look stupid. He didn’t have any more bad passes today than most SEC QBs have every single week but he did have 5-7 great passes today that only about 5 guys in all of college football can complete.

If I said Bama would need Milroe to throw 300+ yards and 3 TDs to overcome 14 penalties and under 1 yard per carry I think everyone would assume a big loss.

Now that the QB controversy is resolved, can we start a debate about playing Justice Haynes over Jace and Roydell?

The back shoulder pass to Burton on the first scoring drive is one of the most difficult passes to make for a QB. It’s impossible to defend when it’s passed perfectly like he threw it.

Milroe had a really good game outside the INT, but the vision is still not there, but we can win with him. Not sure if we could beat Georgia with him, but at this point just trying to get the opportunity to find out anyway we can.

The OL is still the problem that has to be addressed though. Played ok at times in the second half, but still no real run game and we've got to have it. No excuse for so many pre snap penalties. Play smarter and it won't be such a struggle like it was today.

Milroe is getting picked apart, probably unfairly, but that comes with the territory. It’s disappointing to see some of our fans seeming to want to see him fail. He missed some throws he needs to make, he made some absolutely brilliant throws, the interception was bad, and I don’t know what happened at the end on the 1st down play.

However, I think anyone looking at it with an open mind can see a guy who is improving. That’s all I can ask. The line needs to settle on a unit and move forward. I don’t like 57 and 74 alternating series.

Defense is top drawer, for sure. The good news for the offense is that they probably won’t see a d-line that good for the rest of the season.

Don’t think Steele will leave us at this point in his career so at least we don’t have to worry about that

lets circle back to the flag on Dallas Turner, y'all think the NCAA takes a look in the off season and changes that rule. 15 did nothing to warrant a flag on that block FG
