Maybe. Another school talking to him about transferring there before he's entered the portal violates the "no tampering" rule.

Probably how we found out about it...We got informed about it by another staff who didn't want to be accused of tampering....Hall is out there shopping around and they don't want to trip over the tampering rule so they informed the Bama staff about it.

He’s an entitled bum. I’ll never forget multiple drops in the CG. The one “big” catch he made, he ran out of bounds and celebrated like it was the game winning TD.

Top of his list maybe.
I think there will be a LOT of questions about this kid from other coaching staffs, way more than the norm for your typical disgruntled post-freshman year transfer.
I also have some really strong doubts that he will academically qualify to transfer. He may be headed JuCo unless he starts showing up to class this semester, which I don't think he has any intention of doing.
