What a waste of potential.

Fast becoming the national poster child of how NOT to act as a collegiate athlete.

Taking a boot off your car ain’t nothing serious, very stupid but not off the deep end. At some point kid has to figure it out, maybe this helps, who knows.

In a vacuum, no it isn't. When you look at Hall's track record as a whole it's an escalation of already questionable behavior though. It's not exactly out of character for him. Especially if that report about him already making a bad impression at Texas has any truth to it. There's obviously something wrong with him mentally. He has the same kind of impulse control as my 7 year old.

Makes me wonder how Saban ever recruited him considering the premium he places on character.

With due respect, "Arrest is minor", maybe in your hood, not in mine.

In respect to football players, doubt he even gets suspended.

In his case, you are probably right. For a majority of the Alabama football players, I would say getting arrested is not a minor thing. I would hope they have higher standards.

Not exactly minor when you consider all of his issues. He was already having issues at Texas according to reports. Another incident won’t help his cause.

Had a buddy who took the boot off his car on Bama's campus and proceeded to toss it in the bushes.

Yeah - they weren't amused nor letting it go.

Exactly. As a parent/ coach you teach your children to do what’s right and don’t do what’s wrong.
