I have a seven year old who plays every sport. He was decent, not particulary good, until he became best friends with another kid who was decent. I am amazed at the transformation those two have made when playing together. It is very intense, even at seven. They push each other constantly to improve. We got something like that dynamic happening in this state.

I think them going to the title game because they beat us is enough motivation for Bama. Plus we may come in as underdogs in this game depending on how the qb situation shakes out.

I have thought about this aspect as a possible positive but I'm sure when the game comes on I'll find myself pulling for semenoles.

The team should be able to find something else to motivate them. The negatives that come with AU winning a title outweigh the possible benefits.

I've tempered my expectations and I do expect them to keep it close, but imagine how glorious it would be if AU ended the SEC title game streak. Do you think we would still hear them yapping about their dream season if they were blown out in the title game and thoroughly embarrassed the conference? My guess is no. In the same way that very few LSU fans brag about what was arguable one of the best regular seasons in college football history. I hope AU gets embarrassed even though it probably won't happen.

No frick Auburn. Anything bad for them is good for Alabama. I'm still sick Bama let that game get away from them. One conversion or one less false start and Bama wins. If we kick a fg at the 15 Bama likely wins. Too many mistakes made that gave that game away.

I don't get how you can cheer for Auburn at all. Watched the game with this girl who calls herself a Bama fan and was cheering for Bama. I just don't get it. Them winning doesn't help us in anyway. frick the SEC shite. They don't give a frick about us. Free Jameis!!!

Its not about cheering for them, I hate they are there and we are not. Its observing a correlation between them winning and driving our team and coaches to exceed what Aubun does. Either team winning will not "help" Bama. Florida State will exploit a win in recruiting just like Auburn will. I wont even watch the game. Just think Auburn may be the lesser of two evils and actually propel us to another championship next year.

Fsu will win because they will attack auburns crappy secondary with the pass game like we should have done. Only good part of the auburn d is their dline
