Ole Miss self-imposed a one-year post-season ban on Wednesday after being charged with serious violations by the NCAA.

One of the many violations alleges that an Ole Miss staff member provided payments of $13,000 to $15,000 to players from boosters.

Some believe that the family of former Ole Miss players Robert and Denzel Nkemdiche received improper benefits totaling more than $250,000.

Don't expect this story to go anywhere anytime soon...

The silly reporter is also a Bama grad LOL with no name sources. I wonder if she reported anything on all the new cars for the Bama stars or the relationship between Mark Emmert and Saban going back to LSU. When Paul Finebaum rails on how sorry journalism is now this is exactly the type of story he would be referring to. LINK

Should've known something was up when it came down to Om and LSU. LSU at that time had put a total of 27 players in the league in a 3 year span compared to om 10 in a 5 year span. Call me crazy but I'm not stupid.

I thought the father is a doctor and mother is a Nigerian politician. Why do you need to sell your sons to play football?

250k was a bargain for both of them. Ole miss doesn't have fleets of dodge chargers to give away

Forget Arkansas State, broheim. Dude was the girl's basketball HC at Briarcrest not more than ten years ago. Briarcrest is a private HS in Memphis.

Saban came into Baton Rouge, hired by Mark Emmert, with a average record and starts signing number one classes too. Last one LSU had was probably 59. Then he flunks in the NFL. Emmert takes over the NCAA and Saban signs the #1 class every year. Roll cars LINK
