The refs made up fake calls against Cinn last year which enabled the chiefs to win the game. Bengals had they get clinched until a stupid fathom call. Why was he so happy when the calls helped him last year. They would have never even been in the superbowl

The neutral zone is the full length of the ball and nobody on either team, other than the center, may be in that zone.
