Not sure of the kind of grass you have in your yard but I have Bermuda and Celsius Herbicide takes care of a lot of weeds.

Funny you mention whistlers. First time I had 2 this morning as well.
I have had a Kasco VFX in my 1 acre pond for the last 4 years for aeration purposes and have been very happy with it. Only run it a short time during rainy mos but when its hot and dry I will run it longer.
Finally have a pair in my house. Interesting article about that crazy late freeze. Didn't think about the death of those early migrators.
