Jcorye1 it is true! Rob doesn't and hasn't lifted for size or mass for years. He has spoken of it and the muscles do get smaller when they aren't worked the same. Look at Dorian Yates, the greatest Mr Olympia in history, in my opinion. He is still extremely fit but no where near the same size or with the same muscular density.
