"Breast Cancer Awareness" means "We fleece a bunch of impressionable nimrods without having to do anything to actually cure cancer". The Susan G Komen Foundation is nothing more than a shakedown racket.

@Houston - Everyone knows what breast cancer is. There's not a single person who's going to watch that game and be like "oh shite I wasn't aware of breast cancer, we should do something about it"... It's become a fad now for teams to have neon pink on their uniform, gloves, shoes, whatever.

To be fair, prostate cancer has a ridiculously high curability rate if you catch it even remotely early. Most prostate cancers are very slow growing as well. If you die from prostate cancer, you are likely one of the people that never goes to the doctor. Yes there are always outliers but a yearly exam after the age of 50 or so is going to keep you from dying of prostate cancer.
