MLB reporter Kelsey Wingert caught a line drive in the face during the ninth inning of the Colorado Rockies vs. San Francisco Giants game in Denver on Monday. On Wednesday, she revealed that the ball did some serious damage to her forehead. Here's the play when it happened...

The 29-year-old said she spent five hours at a local hospital, needed several stitches and received a CT scan.

You would think such an in depth journalist such as Larry would add in the fact she is from Louisiana and went to LSU in an article being posted on an LSU website. But I suppose it can be hard to think when you are watching Paige hit golf balls all day.
