All that proves is you just deny reality and use double standards. I get it you gave zero self awareness but you can’t expect normal people to join in your delusions.

Denying reality? Double standards? Self awareness and delusions? What in the actual frick are you talking about? I summarized what the diner conversation entailed. I've asked you to explain what part of that scene illustrates a woke political agenda. Was it just the phrase "my white man" that set you off? Those three words don't amount to much of an agenda. So out with it, now is the time to connect all the dots. Are you unwilling or just incapable of explaining what this grand woke conspiracy is?

That’s another lie, someone did and you just said you didn’t see it that way. Get your weak shite outta here clown.

And there's part two of your limited ability to engage in civil discussion. Just namecalling. Being an a-hole isn't a debate skill.

Saying that the political agenda is obvious, and the diner conversation is the reason why, says nothing. What part of that scene promoted an agenda? Be specific; break it done for us. Present an actual argument instead of just being a prick.

Fake news like always

I'm not fake news anything, calling me a liar is just more of your bulIshit. I've asked three of you in here to lay out the woke political agenda of this show. Crickets all around.
I've been telling people for years that liberal white women are genuinely crazy. The Lindsay Clancy situation has proven that beyond a shadow of a doubt.

Do you have actual data, or is lmfao all that's needed to believe you instead?

That's what he does. When you ask him specific questions he avoids answering them entirely.

Difference between women and kids for sure. Obviously people can find the dildo thing funny. I may not have made my response clear, but I think I was trying to say that if we’re concerned about our kids seeing “pride night” stuff like Chopique posted, then we should also care about them seeing other sexually related things.

Isn't every WNBA game played on "pride night?"

It’s a farcical argument. It would be like saying Bilbo found a hidden F-18 fighter jet in the hills and used it to kill Smaug is not breaking cannon because a new writer decided to put it into a new version of the story.

Top Gun: The Shire coming to theaters soon.

It is what it is, I didn't make it up.
Sounds like they should get to trapping and start making up some Italian crab dishes.

White American and White Cuban is a culture clash but not mixed race.

I Love Lucy is widely considered to be the first interracial marriage ever depicted in a television show.
There is an easy solution. Stop doing business in California. You know they just want the information so they can steal money.
Doesn't it just make you wanna try some of that famous Indian street food?

True. I just can't imagine being dumb enough to imply the political agenda in this show is "real or imagined." There's no "or." It's very clearly real.

What is the political agenda of this show? Be specific.

Also, the political agenda in this show is obvious. They couldn't have hit you any harder over the head with it than they did with the "my white man" diner discussion. It's silly to pretend otherwise. You may agree with that sort of political slant in your entertainment, but at least be honest enough to admit that's clearly a sign of a political agenda.

I went and rewatched the diner conversation. She talked about being married to a rich, eccentric white man, her husband, who she said she loves and he loves her. He talked about being sent off on an errand and whether or not he trusts Hal. I didn't see any of that as rising to the level of some sort of woke agenda.
quote:

this show very obviously has a blatant woke agenda. why do you think we watch? (until they prove they are who we know they are). Because we're fans of the characters. dumb arse post

No, it really doesn't. It may have some woke-ish dialogue, but what's the agenda you think they're pushing? Be specific. And quit with the "dumb arse" comments, a-hole, it's not called for. I posted in a civil manner, you should try it.
I'm not naming names, but some of you people in here will cry about anything. If you can't find any enjoyment from a show or you see some political agenda, real or imagined, behind every bit of dialogue, then why do you watch?

he was already fallen at that point, which was arguably the reason for the slap in the first place.

That event occurred at the Oscars where he won an Oscar. That's literally the pinnacle of an actor's career.

Will Smith was automatic for several years. He had a string of big successes based on essentially him being the lead. He had a sudden downfall when he put his son as co-lead in one movie

No, his downfall occurred when he slapped the shite out of Chris Rock.
Are we doing wrestler intros because...

Why are headlines saying that he "stepped onto the court"? He's got courtside seats. There are people sitting with their feet on the ground in the same area that he was standing. He never went "onto the court" in that regards. He just got booted for standing up and responding to a player's incessant heckling.

The WNBA player actually stepped off the court to confront him. According to league rules, that should be an automatic suspension. I doubt it gets enforced.

No, but it is stupid or desperate from the Browns standpoint. Take a guy who has had 2 Achilles surgeries over a kid who is maybe not as good as we thought.

Who actually thought the kid was good?
