Oyster flavor comes from where they are harvested and nothing else unless you add to the oyster. But raw oysters? No recipe

We get it some of you guys look down upon people who wear jerseys. Who cares what people wear.
I met a broker in old metairie who had tons of tickets. Its hard for revival people to get tickets yet brokers are buying chunks.

Yeah. The tensions were with servers and floor managers. KMs had our back but servers would run us ragged.
I hated my Floor manager until he showed up at one of our parties and I introduced him to his future wife during a smoke session.
This thread actually makes me upset that I didn't keep up with everyone. This was before SM.

Our line cook got into a fight with a dishwasher at Daquiris on Essen. Cook called the dw the N word and DW punched him hard. Cook went down. Never got back up.
Died in hospital. DW was back at work next day.
Also dude was 21 (older than me at time) and had 5 kids. I remeber that.

The best workplaces i had were kitchens.
But it's also a stressful job if you get in the weeds every night.

I suggest never eating anywhere in the last 30 minutes of operation. Maybe not frick with. But corners will be cut if you order food when the line is already broken down.

The one place I worked at the microwave a lot was Copelands. The Spin dip? Microwave. The broccoli or veggie sides ? Microwave.
Anytime we had to bring a chub bag up to temp fast or warm a brownie. Microwave.
The only thing I like to cook in the microwave is veggies.
When I worked for the bistro it was only in prep and ditto with Ruth's.
I did like how you could put SS pans in those commercial microwaves.
I think we had 2 on Pantry, 2 in prep and one on Broil at Copelands BR.
