IF that was me at 17 and 2:45 am, I PROMISE impairment would be confirmed. "Cheers" to Colin if he was in fact not impaired.

Most people don’t drink and drive. It’s the norm.

Nothing good comes from driving a vehicle at 3 AM on a week night. I have been there and nothing positive happened…ever.

Read before responding guy! If you had, you would know that alcohol and/or impairment was not the cause. He could have simply made a mistake at the wheel. Regardless of popular belief, accidents do occur without alcohol or drug use being involved!

Yeah, people drive into trees for no reason on small deserted streets at 3 am all the time

It didn't say impairment was not the cause, it said it wasn't suspected. The only way to rule it out would be a blood test. When I was young, I got pulled over a few times for breaking traffic laws while also driving impaired and was ticketed or warned and let go because impairmwnt "wasn't suspected".

I just love how y’all are so damn negatively opinionated. All they said is the kid hit a tree and wasn’t impaired. How about prayers for his recovery instead of your stupidity? Grow the F up you dumb arse MFers.

You are so emotional. Just because it says impairment was not suspected doesn’t mean shite. He was barely conscious. Quit with the idiotic hysterics.
