Decent season. Shot a doe and a good 8point. Shot 2 hogs. Let plenty small ones walk. That my neighbor ended up shooting ????? Girlfriend got her first. a spike. It was brutal hot. Hunted in shorts most the season. Sad it’s over. But going plant summer plots and moving a stand next weekend. Then going get on the sac a lait and bass spawn

Around Metairie there isn’t much. You could try the pumping station off Prescott rd a d airline highway in montz. Some of the ditches off 3127 in st Charles you may catch a few.

Just picked up 50 lbs of minerals at my local co op. When do yall usually put them down. In research I see anytime from. Feb. to June.

Its been for sale for quite a while now. I'm pretty sure sweetwater is for sale too. Most the locals see the writing on the wall that the marsh is disappearing fast, One more big storm you wont be able to sell anything down there for nothing

Built a box blind this year and the last month this thing is covered in lady bugs. Never seen this before. The lizards are having a field day with them but just can’t keep up. Anyone ever seen this before

I have used ratchet straps for 20+ years never had an issue just check them before each season

Buddy area 9 does not have a problem with low deer or doe numbers. I have a video I can show you in January where I’m looking a 9 mature does. Our problem is we barely experience a rut anymore because our ratio is that off. And god forbid you work shift work like most the population of hunters in area 9 do

Just saw they wlf put out deer season dates and say again. Doe days. Not surprised but wtf do we have to do to fix this. How f*ucking stupid is the leadership of wlf.
