Alot of them are Aspergery as frick, and the anxiety of having to work with real dudes would utterly frick them up.

You might be surprised. I was when I went into a plumbing supply house recently after not having gone to one in years. The same tired grumpy depressed looking country boys chain smoking cigs have retired and now you have tired grumpy depressed looking young men wearing gage earrings and huffing a vape.

The biggest difference between then and now is those people worked their arse off. There was no 8hrs come home and plop in front of the tv for 5 days a week with a half-day on fri. It was work 10 hrs and come home and do 2-4 hrs of chores 6 days a week.
