Dylan Widger-USA TODAY Sports
Multiple sources report that former LSU star baseball player Dylan Crews will be called up by the Washington Nationals and make his MLB debut on Monday vs. the Yankees.

Crews was selected by the Nationals with the No. 2 overall pick in the 2023 MLB Draft, just behind his former teammate Paul Skenes, who went No. 1 to the Pirates.

The Pirates will host the Nationals September 5-8 in Pittsburgh, so there is a good chance we will see Crews and Skenes face off in the big leagues.

Good news. I also am looking forward to the pregame with Pittsburg when Crews and Skenes greet each other.

He might struggle early on, but feel pretty confident he'll be a .290+ 30+ homer a year guy

.290 / 30 for 17 years and he is a HOF. That is one tall order.
