During a recent interview on Baton Rouge 104.5 ESPN Radio, Parkway High School Football coach David Feaster said that the Alabama coaching staff is not welcome at his school to recruit.

Parkway is in Bossier City, LA. Per AL.com:

quote:

"LSU's welcome in my school anytime," Feaster said. "The only school that can't come to Parkway is Alabama. And there's a long story behind that, but it had to do with not being ethical in their recruiting.

"They can't come. Everyone else is 100 percent welcome."

You really believe Brandon Harris was promised something? I mean I know stupidity occupies a permanent home in Louisiana but get real.

No biggie, most schools have pissed off at least one high school coach. There are high school coachs in Alabama that won't let Auburn in the doors just because they are typical 85%ers.

Isn't this a violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act?

Well, there goes the success of the Bama program. They're toast.

You'd have to know Coach Feaster to understand that he's a real "tool." From prior dealings w/ him, his attitude is not the least bit surprising.

As much as I hate Bama, I do not agree with this coach's philosophy. Maybe he has a player who could be a perfect fit for Bama. Why stunt that player's growth?

" And there's a long story behind that, but it had to do with not being ethical in their recruiting. " Did the story begin around January 5 years ago?

95% positive this guy post here and is another butt hurt Tiger fan. Saban comes in and takes all of your recruits.

This is just as stupid as it was when there was talk of N.O. coaches boycotting LSU. It's not the coach's job, responsibility, or right to interfere with the recruiting of kids at his school. If he has concerns, he can convey them to any players considering the school in question, then back the frick off and let the kids make up their own minds while the recruiting process plays out.
