Saban doesn't park his car like that, he ain't got time for that. He pulls in straight, then someone comes out later and turns it around for him before he leaves, so he can pull straight out. Check it out.

He is playing within the one parking spot rules and using the adjacent hashed/gray area to his advantage. I would suspect no different from the GOAT. The man needs to protect his ride and dealership.
