My dad has a will. It’s updated from what his current wife thinks, notarized and in a safe place. He said he wanted to stir shite even from the grave.
I’m one of four of his children and think I know what’s in it. It’ll be interesting to see what goes down when he croaks.

It’s true long term. There’s only so many that matter. I was seeing a chick and she was a great sexual partner, but that was it. I mean if I called she would drive 90 minutes to “be there”. She was somewhere around a real life 6 or 7 as a stretch and after a few weeks I realized it wasn’t enough.

Ol Miss is like a mid chick with a hot guy. They know he can do better, he knows he can do better so she does everything to keep him happy. I’m talking kneeling at the front door when he gets home happy, the trouble is at some point that gets old and he moves on to the hot girl he should be with.

You do realize houses are bought everyday right? Do you also realize it’s rarely a same day transaction? Even on multi-million dollar homes there are things like inspections, title searches, etc that have to take place.

There is a lot that goes into it, but the most basic break down is the US packing industry has 4 players controlling to entire market and they act in unison. They conspire to keep live prices low and processed prices high.
It got worse a few years back when the cattlemen’s association and the packers association merged into one. Now ranchers are forced to pay into the scheme with every head sold and it all goes to empower the packing plants further. There have been multiple attempts to open independent packing plants and coop packing plants but the big 4 kill them. They are like a beef mafia.

There would most likely be charters available for a RT from Oxford without the empty legs to/from BTR. Your estimate of $10K for the flight time for four legs between BTR is likely low.
