This whole thread seems to be filled with panicans right now. I get the frustration but that is due to none of us being in the know.

I would add, allowing those to stay also will help the country rebuild with those funds and less of ours.

I like to think that specific targets ie oil production, electrical, water etc are off limits as much as possible to help citizens now and in the near future.
