Would love to get Brooks for sure. Humphrey and Brooks would be an ELITE haul for sure.

Beck is the key to next year's passing game. Assuming the guys we think are staying do as expected there will be weapons enough that if Beck takes the next step Flemming really won't make that much of a difference.

Hearing smoke of justice haynes might be entering the portal.

Very interesting. Would be nice to benefit at the expense of Bama for once.

Aside from any total shockers, that one might be the biggest blow. I think Humphrey has what it takes to be elite.

Texas is also going to get Wells from South Carolina. Welcome to the next ten years. Texas will be paying big bucks for everyone else's best players, and the only defense will be a top notch coach and recruiter. Teams like South Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee are doomed.

I was wondering why Kirby was recruiting so many CBs this year. Now I know.

I defer to Kirby on all matters and In Kirby We Trust, but if I'm a receiver at Georgia and Coach brings in a receiver out of the portal, I'd be pissed.

Beck is a very accurate passer with an NFL level arm.
If we can get some fast dynamic high-quality receivers, I can see this team having another great season.
LSU had one of the best offenses in college football this season, yes, due to Jayden Daniels, but also because they have excellent receivers.

why? Like I said before, this is a new world. If you were a receiver and we brought in a new one, wouldn't you "trust Kirby" too? Coaches cannot sit on their hands and wait around anymore, they have to attack the portal, the same way players are using the portal...

Tennessee just paid like $4 million for a QB. Also, Kentucky and SC got other teams previous 5* QBs in the last few seasons (Rattler, Vandagriff). I don't think those teams are as doomed as you think they are.

You just have to be smart.

Would be stupid for him to leave for Texas outside of just getting paid more NIL money

Kirby puts CB's into the NFL with high draft grades

Humphrey could be a first or second round pick in 2 years

I don't see that if he leaves for UT

You have to be that much smarter because Texas just buys what they need, and you need to evaluate and allocate much more efficiently. Without a good coach who can do this, you are doomed.

Texas has 2 player who started for them on offense this year from the portal (AD & Ewers) and a punter from Stanford.

I guess I get the point of your post, but I just dont think it’s the right team to use. We’ve just been impacted by it more with AD & now potentially Humphrey.

I’m sure Mizzou and Vandy feel the same way about us even though we don’t take very many players in the portal either.

I have been out of band for a few days. Is all the info in OP up to date? Saying only one guy is for sure gone, BV to UK. And showing no confirmed takes we're getting.

We should probably specify whether they've entered the Transfer Portal or committed to another school.

Original post is confusing.

Supposedly practice is too physical for him.
