I think it’s unrealistic to suggest any of the freshman start their first game, I might be wrong but I think Tongue was the only EE.

I’ve got:

Tyler Simmons
D-Rob
Kearis Jackson.

I have Cager ahead of Robertson.

Simmons/Robertson are probably fighting over the same spot. No?

To be honest, I think they could play any WR position at 6 foot. Godwin was almost exclusively a slot receiver his freshman year, but when Mecole came in he played outside as well.

Also I feel that Simmons is the only true lock, considering he started a couple games last year. Although I agree Cager may be the answer, considering we need a tall guy

Lots of players will get their opportunities.

At the X, I have Cager, Landers, Bush, and Pickens.

At Y, I have Jackson, Robertson, and Blalock.

At Z, Simmons, Robertson, Tongue.

These are just guesses for the start of the season.

No true freshman will actually “start”, but I definitely can see Pickens, Blaylock, and Tongue getting some important snaps week one.

Landers
Robertson
Simmons

Trey Blount should see the feild a lot early. He has a window to prove himself until the new guys prove they know the playbook and reads.

I hope not I’ll take the redshirt here.

I think Blaylock has a chance to break into a starting role after seeing him in the all star game.

Blaylock and Pickens will both be special. I expect them both to ramp up after the Florida bye-week

I personally go with youth. Knowing Kirby, he will want 3 solid rush blockers.

Robertson - if not a good blocker, has wildcard ability.
Jackson - probably the most physical blocker of the bunch.
Landers - different kind of talent. They alot of time invested, he's on the cusp if he can put half of it together.

For me I go youth early to get more chemistry by SEC play.

Robertson
Blaylock
Pickens

Trey Blount stated he ran 4.38 and 4.44 at Georgia as a recruit. I had to look it up because I didn't know he was that fast. Several links state he ran a 4.36. With that kind of speed at 6'2 200 and knows the routes, he definitely will be one of the featured receivers.

Fromm: Pickens could be ‘the next A.J. Green
Carvell: Come on, you haven’t even thrown him a pass yet.
Fromm: Yeah, but I am going to

That's not the most ringing of endorsements.
