Are getting really annoying

We’re 8th in ppg but I guess because we’re not flashy or don’t run up the score our offense is mediocre and can’t keep up with anyone. Never mind the fact that we’ve seen our offense torch defenses with no problem and that’s with out our two best receivers and our starting QB. Some of these fans (cough Bama fans) are going to be in for a rude awakening if they have to face a healthy Georgia offense

You have to have wide receivers running all over the field otherwise you're bad.

I honestly think people just stuck to this narrative after the Clemson game

Maybe I'm just an old fat drunk, but I have seen more flash out of this offense in half a season than I've seen in a couple years.

We're not slinging it all over the place like 2020 Bama or 2019 LSU. If I had to venture a guess that's why people think we're stuck in the old mold. Plus we ran it 42 times against Arkansas and people just assume we're still 3 yards and a cloud of dust.

We still have an old-school running game that compliments our ability to stretch the field with guys like McConkey, Mitchell, and Bowers and other teams see us pounding out the clock on the ground to close out the game and think that's all there is to us. Let them think that.

When you are up by 3 scores and getting first downs, why would you get more aggressive? It is low IQ

Hell I agree with you Rig. We’re not slinging it all over the field because we don’t have to. But we have plenty of explosive plays in both the run and pass game.

Maybe we’re just too shellshocked from past years expecting the worst or not feeling comfortable unless we have a 3 TD lead. But our offensive stats and production say this offense is pretty damn good.

My thoughts exactly. If we win the trophy this year, they’d probably still say the same thing.

Let them do their talking on social media and TV. The dawgs do their talking on the field.

That, and aggressiveness can lead to turnovers, too.

Dawgs have top scoring offense in conference play at 40.6 ppg scoring offense and scoring defense are the only stats that really matters.

Compared to the 2019 and 2020 offense? Yes, it helps that the defense is so dominate, but this offense is far better than what we've seen in a couple of seasons. I do have some concerns about the short yardage running game, but I'm just not going to get all hyped up about it.

All you have to say is, "We are 8th in ppg. How is that average or mediocre?"

The people saying stuff like thta are either oblivious or trolls. Either way their opinions are not worth listening to.

I am not saying you are guilty of this, but a lot of our fans care way too much about what other fan bases think. We almost crave their approval and we simply are not going to get it.

Think about it. Some of our fans troll continuously knowing they are spinning the truth and will not give other teams any credit. The other fan bases are doing the same to us. Just don't pay them any attention. They want a reaction.....don't give it to them and they will give up on trolling.

Also literally the most balanced offense on first down in NCAA.

72 Runs, 70 Passes.

I don't mind being who we want to be each week based on who we are playing.

Sometimes it will be run heavy and sometimes pass heavy.

I like being good at both and being able to change based on what the D gives us

The most common sense approach. And that's the key.

The SECR is an absolute cesspool of trolling, void of any real football talk. Anyone who says this team isn't great is trolling you.
