In all honesty, I suspect he dropped because he has not played much. By the same token, he has not played much because he stays injured, it would seem.

Is this based on his potential? If so, being injured big parts of 3 seasons would have to play into it. Plus, his Freshman year at USC had a lot of turnovers and sacks, which he takes ownership of, even if his surrounding cast was part to blame.

All joking aside, anyone who entertains bringing Daniels in needs to have a solid Plan B.
Dude has yet to complete a full season. He's played 11 games in the last 3 seasons, if memory serves.

Based on my research, Bennett was a 3 star when he came back out of JUCO.

I would think his history history and lack of playing time (for whatever reason) drops him some. Hard to say how far....that's not my strength. Does he have potential? Absolutely.
Out of curiosity...what do you think a fair rating would be, all things considered?
Ftr? I like JT and wish he had stayed, but I also understand his wanting to go somewhere and make a splash.

I don’t get the JT Daniels hate either.
He could have raised hell when he was demoted to the back up QB and been a complete distraction to the team.
Instead he was a good teammate and rooted on Stetson (despite being frustrated) and I’m incredibly thankful for that.
I don’t think we need to bash JT to defend Stetson.

I honestly didn’t see much hate on Jt. Im sure there was some, but really any hate towards him was collateral damage from the Bennett crisis.
Not sure what happened behind closed doors, but on the field, he seemed like a solid team player and supporter of Stetson. I still think there was more to the story, maybe one day we will hear it.
