Any news on injuries? I saw Smith limp off after Beck threw that high short ball over the middle and I don’t remember seeing him come back in. Sure hope it was nothing.

There was an article earlier today with an injury report that indicated Smith had a lower body/leg contusion. Pretty sure it said he was questionable.

Kirby said Darnell and Tykee are both doubtful for this week but are out of their boots and back to running so shouldn’t be far off from returning

I'm one Darnell and Bowers double TE package away from getting arrested for cranking it inside Sanford.

A vivid description that captures my feelings exactly.

Devonte Wyatt did not play this past week, but is not listed on any injury report.

COVID?

Kirby was asked about him. He was short and to the point: it wasn't injury-related. Made me think it was a violation of team rules or something.

Why does it always seem like when we get injuries they last forever. Giannis gets his damn knee bent in the complete opposite direction and 3 days later he's dominating the Hawks on his way to winning an NBA championship.

The difference is Giannis was needed for his team to win the title, Washington and Tykee can slow play coming back to the field because they're not necessarily needed right away at this point.

They kept him out because he's one of "Clinton's boys"? The AD is gonna get some hate tweets for that!

FWIW, SoFl has gotten his wrist slapped for putting injury info out there, so take this with a giant grain of salt, but there was a subtle hint originally that both should be expected back around the Arkansas game. Since then, I think the timetable on DW0 at least seemed to have moved forward by a week? Ultimately, unlikely that we'll know shite until the day of the game in all likelihood each week, but if I were trying to guesstimate when we might see DW, that's where I'd lean right now. Tykee maybe still Arkansas as a target, but with Brini playing extremely well thus far, we've got that luxury to not rush him back.

Diddly gives ya better information than Kirby. Have no idea why those reporters even ask em at those press conferences. You get nothing from the guy.

"Stetson is repping, JT is repping and Carson is repping. Stetson has actually got some lower back issues that he strained some stuff, but he’s able to go, but I don’t know he’s 100 percent."

"He’s been dinged up since Monday morning, but he went out and practiced as well. They are all three practicing."

"I think Carson is 100 percent healthy, the other two are still pushing back."

I'm chalking this up to Smart keeping SC guessing in their game planning. Willing to bet SB and CB both 100% by Saturday and probably Daniels is 90% for that matter.

And let me guess. He's either day to day or will miss a month.

Sure he'll talk about an injury but getting any type of legitimate timeline on when a guy will return
is next to impossible.

I'm sure it's a little game he plays but it's pretty freakin frustrating as a fan.

Relax. Personally, i dont need to know injury reports and in house punishments.

The only players who make me worry about depth are Kobe Dean and our safeties. We have a comparable player behind everyone else (i had Jordan Davis on this short list last season but i think we are developing the young DL behind him better).

It would actually be nice to know who is actually starting occasionally and when we have a legitimate timeline for players to be back.

In house punishments are another deal and obviously between the coach and player.
