Ask yourself why you support Putin - a former KGB agent and a full-blown authoritarian dictator - yet call yourself an American? :rotflmao:
quote:

The rest of us will live in reality.

Your "reality" has been debunked by all evidence presented to 86 courts and everyone with any credibility, including even people you once liked (until they crossed your beloved aspiring dictator).

You will go the same way that old southern Civil War supporters die to this day...still rationalizing and twisting about myths to the end...while everyone else is laughing.
You understand nothing about Constitutional law and the chances of you having any real formal education is about 10%...and if you do I'm sure it was at something that barely passes for a college.

And you have conveniently ignored the actual point - the clear hypocrisy of the positions described by the same Senate majority leader.
quote:

We are the majority.

Keep deluding yourself. You're only the majority at a Trump rally or a NASCAR event.

quote:

The Senate is not required to take up a nomination from the president.

So you have admitted the hypocrisy. In first instance, the official Senate position conveyed by McConnell was that the Senate should not take up a nomination so close (8 months) to an election, because it could go against what the people might want. In the second instance, the fact that an election was less than 2 months away did not matter to the same party.

If you can't see that as hypocrisy, you either don't know what hypocrisy is or you are engaged in some extreme rationalization. So you are more interested in "winning" than in democratic principles...which has become the norm for the bottom feeders.
quote:

You should be very, very quiet

Never. (Although I understand that authoritarians love to suppress views they dislike).

And keep posting here and in other cesspool echo chambers so you falsely believe you are a majority.
#MuhPresidentForLifeSoundsGood = aspiring autocrat
quote:

They were not the same circumstances and you know it. Stop trying to perpetuate that lie.

Explain how anything I said is factually untrue. You cannot. Hence you only keep saying "not the same circumstances." The only difference in circumstances pertains to which party was in the White House, which is utterly irrelevant to a Presidential authority to make a nomination and the Senate duty to take it up.

The only real difference that mattered to the Republicans in the Senate was who was making the nomination.

Let's just file Mike Flynn into the unreliable category

Not to mention a traitor who violated the Oath he swore to the Constitution.
So my estimates are on target. Based on the vote count, 90% of the posters in this alt-right cesspool are the uneducated, the ignorant, and the morally bankrupt. :rotflmao:

LOL at how angry you are at being marginalized.
The Republican party went from icons like Ronald Reagan and William F. Buckley to the filth we see now. The bottom dwellers. Brought to you by the ease of exploiting dumb people via the internet.

Because speech fails where this is no logic. :booboo:

Let’s see what chess pieces Putin moves as a response.

I guess you like criminal dictators like Putin more than "globalists." Another January 6 traitor to America.
quote:

The difference is that the opposing party was in power for one and not the other. How do you not understand this?

I guess you didn't take Constitutional Law.In both cases, the President had a right to make a nomination. It doesn't matter which party controls the Senate.

In the case of Garland, McConnell said any nomination by Obama should be blocked because it was too close to the 2016 presidential election that was eight months away. "The American people may well elect a president who decides to nominate Judge Garland for Senate consideration. The next president may also nominate someone very different. Either way, our view is this: Give the people a voice," McConnell said.

In the case of Barrett, she was nominated by Trump 38 days before the 2020 election. McConnell had no issue with the American voters not having a say for that pick. lol

Hypocrisy pure and simple.
Tucker Carlson needs to be on the next flight to Kiev.
You also shouldn't cavalierly refuse to allow a President to make an appointment (see Obama/Garland) and then allow it under the same circumstances (see Trump/Barrett), for purely political reasons. But Thomas apparently didn't complain about that hypocrisy.
Oh yeah...the Russian invasion is all about destroying Ukrainian biological weapons factories...that are purely the invention of the Russian propaganda machine. :moon:

I heard there was a pizza place in DC that served as the center of a Democrat-run international pedo ring.

More dip shits from the cesspool echo chamber, sharing conspiracy theory nonsense with each other and high-fiving about it. I'm willing to bet that at some level you can't own up to, you are deeply jealous of those urban elites who know you represent the lowest levels of American society. :rotflmao:
quote:

trump is friends with Putin

Friends with Putin? No. Admires Putin? Yes. He's said so several times. He admires dictators and authoritarians in general, as do most of his followers. His dream is to be king and there is a bottom segment of American society - most people in this cesspool of a forum - that would love to kiss his ring and lick his boots.
quote:

The fact that he's a jerk and curries favor with the Proud Boys, Oathkeepers, Jan. 6 insurrectionists and the lowest elements of American life have a lot to do with the prevailing level of animosity.

100% correct. And the ratio of down votes on your post shows the ratio of lowlife on this cesspool of a forum. The lowest elements of American life are the majority here.
quote:

I suppose we're ignoring that Democrats in the House are at this very moment holding an illegal partisan investigation and using it to punish their enemies and attempting to prevent My President from running. You can suck my left nut crying about rudeness, you hypocritical douche.

How exactly is the investigation illegal? A sitting President took active steps to encourage a conspiracy to thwart Constitutional process following a valid election. He lost dozens of lawsuits in dozens of courts to try to expose non-existent voter fraud and when that failed, he looked for any scheme he could hatch to keep from turning over his office. Even his own Vice President ultimately wouldn't go along with him. His actions were those of an aspiring tyrant, not a President in a democracy.

Keep on thinking that you are the majority. Upvotes from other trash in this cesspool will keep you feeling that way. :rotflmao:
