heads will be talking up, but a lot of them if not all don't realize is, in conference play Dawgs are best team in conference at 6.80 yards per play. Best defense ypp, best offense YPP, I like our chances.

I would be thrilled with holding the Lizards to two FGs and no TDs. Maybe two INTs of each of their QBs and four sacks would be nice too. It wouldn't bother me if we only beat them 20-6 if it got Grantham another three year contract.

I read last night on another site that the defense is “motivated” this week!

I fully expect the Dawg offense to move the ball rather well on Saturday. Dawgs bring a big running game to Jax.

Maybe I'm deluded but I could see this as more like a 34-21 or 34-24 kind of game. For some reason, I see us giving up some points. But maybe I'm still looking for that game that really tests our defense.

I think our DL destroys their OL.
We seem to be getting better each week on the DL.

Jordan Davis. Jalen Carter. Travon Walker. These guys are still climbing in the amount of havoc that they create each week.

Mullen is going to have to avoid the interior, and i just dont know how much sustained success he will find. I dont see them getting over 20. And i really am having a hard time figuring out how they get over 14.

Defense needs to set the tone early and often. Let Florida know that they don't have a shot no matter what they do against us.

My take is Georgia rolls! Our defense is amazing. Fla. QB better take 2 seconds of his throw clock. It'll be out of reach for them by mid 3rd quarter.

I am sure Fl comes out fired up, but Dawgs have a very real chance of an east and SEC and Nationl championship. Dawgs will be more motivated in this game, have everything to play for, Fl other than spoiler has nothing to play for. Georgia has better players, more to play for, and better coaching staff.

As always, momentum and mistakes in this game. FL will need both. They will be going over the top with passes. Let’s see how the PI calls go. KY exposed us with some misdirection but we adjusted. AU had some wide open passes across middle but couldn’t catch.

We are the better team. It’s our job to play like it.

The way UF beats us is making us throw to win, while at the same time, try to get some 1 on 1 plays with their best athletes on offense.

I disagree.

I have more faith in Monken's playcalling than in our OL to put together 13 play drives.

If the point is to hold our scoring down, you cover 2 and cover 4 and force us to shorten the game (keeps the score closer).

Loading the box will create deep shots to mcconkey, burton, bowers, smith, and mitchell. We are winning those by design right now when our presnap motion declares the coverage. Man coverage against washington is a losing effort.

The more man coverage or single safety we face, the more we score efficiently.

I can see that happening if we still haven’t figured out how to defend a wheel route. Florida killed us with that last year. But we are a much better team this year and they lost their key offensive weapons.

I think this is a multi-possession win for Georgia. Only way I see it differently is if we get careless with turnovers.

In the presser earlier this week, a reporter asked Kirby about the “wheel routes” that burned UGA last year. I’m sure that has been a big practice note this week, personally, wheel routes will not lead to success this year for UF!

just win baby! we don't need style points at this point.

i gotta admit i like the idea of this being an "all time" team as something extra to cheer for, but im not greedy. just win!

Teams have been attacking us on the outside all year. Our defense has been pretty disciplined and not allowing many yards after the catch. I'm hopeful that trend will continue this week.
