He's said multiple times that his wife doesn't want to leave Athens... Of course that means frick all when multiple millions of dollars a year are on the table, but I wouldn't get too worried about it just yet. He's never been a head coach outside of High School (or even an OC that I'm aware of) and I can't envision that Arkansas wants to hire a coach who hasn't proved capable of building a program from scratch.

The way Arky has been playing Derek Dooley would be a sexy hire.

There's alot of people that would take that job for millions of dollars. NW Arky isn't a bad place to live either.
They just need to find the next diamond in the rough, like when LSU brought on a mediocre nobody named Nick Saban many years ago.

Tennessee's still laying in the weeds. Pruitt wants to destroy UGA bit by bit and Chaney was just his first bite. I wouldn't be surprised at all if they make Pittman an absurd offer to be their OL coach. I don't know where the money's coming from, but they'll cause extreme salary inflation in the SEC before they're done.

So you find it dumb that Tennessee would offer Pittman, maybe the best OL coach/recruiter around, a large raise to join their already overpaid staff? Or dumb that he might be tempted to accept a large raise? But not dumb, I assume by the lack of comment, that Pittman may be a possible candidate for the Arkansas HC job?
And presumably you knew in advance about their massive raise to hire Chaney away from Georgia and thought that Coley was a suitable replacement. Maybe from the same sources that are now telling you that Pittman will never depart from the Classic City. Well, I can see the smart folks have arrived.
