Why pay Arch all that money on a "hope he works out" when Pug will have been in the system four years and flashes potential.

Bring him to compete. I doubt Arch will command that much NIL. He doesn't need it and he will be in the NFL in a year.
I would feel more confident in Arch than Pugs and I like pugs. We have a brutal schedule next year though so the experience factor with arch, albeit with mixed results to say the least, would at least bring some value.

He'd be a Scout Team QB as a senior. Make him a Preferred walk-on and pay his own way.

have you seen his numbers this year? they're practically identical to mateer who sucks miles of cock. And arch has a supposed offensive guru with the best portal weapons money can buy. I'd bet anything we scour the portal for a one year rental but it won't be arch. I'd rather go with Pugs.

Arch could win a title here and is still a legitimate pro prospect despite what all the nay sayers are saying. It's not nepotism to suggest he's talented and has a solid game.
But I know everyone is convinced Pugs and Montgomery and to a lesser extent our recruits are the next thing but I've yet to be convinced any of them would carry this team. Arch has improved every season and with good coaching and his scrambling ability - he would kill it here but I'm skeptical he would even consider it. He had a chance to choose Georgia 3 seasons ago and didn't.

Vs
Two guys who have barely sniffed playing time and a bunch of kids in high school.
Arch would easily be the superior option.
Gunner has had rough patches himself - Arch beat a very good OSU defense with some pretty damn impressive QB play. He has struggled at times but he's easily one of the Top QBs if he goes in the portal.

The most important aspect for a player at UGA is to be developmental. Be better this week than you were last week.
Arch could work.
That said... he isn't coming cheap.

What QB has Sark developed since he has been at Texas? Don't believe what the media tells you. He calls a game like a pussy. Our commitment to the run game would help him a lot. None of the cute side to side window dressing shite either.
