Seems like it's already great, and hopefully continues to get better.

Yup. Mom had a stroke just over a year ago and hasn't made much progress in rehabilitation. Felt like he couldn't be that far away from her under those circumstances. Not blaming the kid at all.
Family has to come first.

Kid committed, what, six weeks ago? Hate his mother’s situation but it is hard to believe it is the catalyst for his flip imo.

I’m sure A&M used this card, but I still don’t blame the kid.

I don’t blame AO. I just don’t see how he would commit to us two months ago with his mom’s situation. It is entirely possible her situation did not improve in those two months or even declined, but It is also entirely possible today he just prefers A&M to Georgia.

Yeah, we just lost this one to A&M. I’m sure being close to mom is a plus, but it’s not like this is a new situation preventing him from going where he wants to go. We got beat. It happens.

Glad you have the entire details on his mom’s situation.
He’s a 17 year old kid. If he decides that he’s going to have a really hard time being away from his mom who is going through a hard time no one should have a problem with that. I wish him all the best. Kid seemed like he really liked UGA.

Good kid. Best of luck to him. Hope his mom shows more signs of recovery knowing her son’s closer to home.

Donell Harris (#4 ranked player in 2021 - reclassifying to 2020) seems to be indicating UGA might be in front. Not sure if we'd have room for him, but now popping up in a few places, including pretty connected Miami poster on another board.
I'm still not sold that we'd have room for an undersized OLB in 2020, but I also could see us looking at it as an elite LB that we could redshirt with no attitude concerns and let him grow into a role?
