You take this past year away and Fromm has a good body of work. He could prove himself in the NFL as a later round draft pick, but it would seem a better option would be to show this year was an aberration due to a lot of extenuating issues. Other than severe injury, worst case is he end up late round or free agent if he doesn’t have a good 2020 at UGA.

I’d love to see a push for Robbie Ashford who just recently decommitted from ole miss. 6-2 220 dual threat. Tape looks good. He just wants to play football and baseball.

He is the 47th overall prospect for the 2020 draft according to Fangraphs, so if he is going to college to play two sports, we really need to make room for him. Would be a coup for the baseball team.

Kirby won’t let his QBs play baseball. Period.

Wouldn’t let Plumlee do it, it’s amazing he’s letting Ryland Goede do it

We’re taking 23 total and have 14 committed. Next 9 in my opinion are:
Darnell Washington
Kelee Ringo
Eric Reed Jr
Jermaine Burton
Jordan Burch
Dontae Manning
Arian Smith
An OL to replace Braun or a 2nd RB
A 2nd QB

Puts us in roughly the 315 range which should be good enough for another top 3 class

Do you see any of our current commits flipping?

Broderick Jones is the only one I’m worried about right now. I think the wagons have been circled with everyone else. Jones has just been so quiet since committing that it really depends on how he gels with Luke. He and Tate are must haves in this class IMO. Not taking a ton of the top talent in state which makes those two imperative

Jordan Burch

Yet he's still CB'ed to Clemson by the best track record experts.

Jermaine Burton

91% still CB'ing him to LSU. Are you sure this isn't homer kool-aid?

CB percentages don’t mean a whole lot. Recency of a CB means a whole lot more.

Burch is far and away the hardest recruit to read this cycle so most CBs have gone to the hot hand in State for that reason (common sense would suggest odds would favor Clemson, right?)

Burton has been a rumored flip for a few weeks. LSU is favored in the CB percentage because he’s currently committed there.

Both Burch and Burton were on campus for OVs this weekend

I wanna believe

So for transfers, I assume we'll be looking to take those after NSD or before so they can enroll for Spring?

Most will be after Bowl games wrap up. Same timeframe when BFL decisions are made you’ll begin to see transfer news and finalization

Side note: Jamyest Williams will be playing at Georgia State next season

This. Committed recruits can't have crystal balls cast or changed. Not certain on Burton myself but CBs will have nothing to do with it. As to Burch, I'll wait to see how it shakes out but no reason to doubt ADs confidence other than the kid has been notably hard to read all cycle.

From the sound of it, at least according to the Rivals board, Broderick Jones is gone. That is a huge blow to this class, from my perspective, as I believe he’s the most talented recruit in this cycle. With decent coaching, he’s an early 1st round pick.

That’s my biggest fear. I’m not on Rivals but confirms my suspicions. I’ve been worried about him before we lost Pitt and, agree, huge loss especially since a team like Auburn is likely to be the beneficiary

It does in fact sound like Broderick Jones is gone.

It’s laughable. Just as much of a killer as losing Derrick Brown was.

Jones is not an early commit so there is time for coaches to work on him.
