True. Forgot about him because he just moved to DCHS this year. He's good as well.

I might be confusing Clark. I think he got hurt for a few weeks his junior year, and the team struggled to replace his production. He definitely was the mvp that season.

I've seen Swint twice in person. Not as dominant as I want to see. I think the staff has guys ranked over him.

I haven't kept up with him but I thought we lost him a while ago?
NExt year we'll have Fromm/Bennett/Mathis. Scary for sure but it's not like a TFr JRP would help too terribly much. I assumed the expecation was to hope like hell Fromm stays 4 years and go all out for a stud QB in next year's class. Not to be a downer but I don't think mathis is necessarily our QB of the future.

Went from the strength of the team to one injury away from likely being a 4/5 loss team thanks to the new age if I don't play immediately ill transfer mentality likely fueled by agents and other schools illegally putting things in the kids ears. It's sad but that's the state of the game right now. I have no doubt schools were reaching out to Justin and his parents for a long time.That said, Yeah Plumlee fixing nothing and I don't see anyone in 2020 that's ready to be that Trevor Lawrence type of Freshman. If Jake leaves this year we are in rough shape and will be portal searching ourselves.

It's not 2019-related, but the Kirby-Kopter landed in Rabun today to look at 2022 QB Gunner Stockton.
This will be the QB race of that cycle, so good to see Kirby getting in good with them mountain folk early.

Unless we land DJ Uiagalelei in this upcoming class I think there is a high likelihood that our QB two seasons from now is currently on another roster. If Fromm has a good year I think he goes pro.

Can anyone please explain to me why Plumlee isn't getting a scholly?
He looks much better than Mathis, and we didn't even offer Mathis til a day before he signed.
Plumlee looks like a future starter and we gave the scholly to the guy who looks like a backup to me? Why?
