Everyone who commits to UGA did so the right way, will work hard, and is a DGD

Everyone who didn’t either cheated, is scared of competition, doesn’t work hard, or is overrated.

Didn’t you know this?

As far as I'm concerned I'm just as happy with the fact that Fields is gone and Haselwood is going elsewhere as I am with the stellar class we DID sign. Those two seem the epitome of self-centeredness.

It's not his work ethic I question. It's his character
and integrity. Those are often best exemplified by one's friends and role models. Cam Newton......

The real question is why would anyone go to a passing camp put on by Cam? He has been in the league for 8 years and still can't hit the broad side of a barn. He has major mechanical issues and probably has below average college QB accuracy even after 8 years in the league.

I have to agree Haselwood seems to be all about himself and not a team player. I don’t think he will be a good fit with this unselfish Bulldog team. I would rather have a 3 or 4 star receiver that is a team player. This guy seems like a clown.

He is. Although he won the state title game for Cedar Grove, he was acting like a little bitch on the sidelines before he did so. Cussing players, sulking and pouting on the bench away from his teammates, and when the coaches told him to cool it, he cussed them out too. We don't need that here.

It honestly makes me wonder if Haselwood is waiting to see how Oklahoma does in the CFP semi game before making a final decision. Maybe us in the Sugar Bowl, too.

I agree with those who say he gives every indication of being one of those kids who's looking for an excuse to leave the state, though.

I wouldn't trade the dominance, passion and history of the SEC for anything, but sometimes it makes me wish more kids in the South had that B1G work ethic where they are middle of the pack in the recruiting rankings, but when it comes time to practice and then take e field on Saturdays, they let their play define who they are, not trying to polish their "brand" before they even set foot on a campus as a student athlete.

Is this true?

That Would not surprise me. In his interviews he comes off as abrasive and arrogant.

With Jadon all but gone, which receiver are we taking. I see pickens has yet to sign. There us speculation he has grade issues, but i would love to land him.

I didn't watch enough of the Cedar Grove game on TV to notice any of that behavior.

I have seen a bit of Haselwood. I much prefer Blaylock's attitude.

I actually like what Cam said though. He said he would have supported him even if he picked Georgia which signals to me he prolly doesn’t try to steer kids which I always assumed he did. That said, he does trash us in the text which he probably shouldn’t do esepecially to impersonable teenage kid clearly seeking out comfort and advice.

Ah yes Cam fricking Newton...still hating for some reason.

I wonder if Matt Stafford and Arron Murray call up recruits to shite on Auburn.

I highly doubt it lol

Unlike Cam, they both grew up after college. Also, it's just in Auburn's blood to act like petulant children.

How does that conversation go?

“Ya, UGA, they suck too, their old coach wouldn’t give my Dad’s church no money... they suck. Hey, wanna go buy a hat from Belks?”

Well, in all fairness, Auburn has been doing a pretty good job of doing it to themselves. I don’t think much interjection is needed.

So with ESD noe in the books who else are we targeting?

Haselwood, Solomon, Stevenson, Wright, Nester, Elam are the ones I'm most aware of. Anyone else we are going after hard, or have a chance of flipping??

Those are the most likely.

Akeem Dent and Nick Cross are also out there. If rumors are true and we bring in Derrick Ansley or Corey Raymond for our vacant DB coach spot...watch out.

Either one of then would be a great pickup, but getting them both would be one of the best secondary classes we've ever had.

Hoping the rumors about Ansley end up being true.

Would we be able to get either of those guys without offering them the DC position?

Assume either would involve DC or co-DC
