Looks like that JUCO Commit is DL Quincy Vasser. It says he committed on 4/17 but there isn't anything about his committment until yesterday(that I can tell). That's all I can see as it's behind a paywall. Committed without a visit. If Germans then oh well.

It appears that D'Andre Walker is dead set on playing DE in college, which is bad for Georgia. Apparently he's not getting the message that 6'2" 210 lb guys aren't DEs.

This is unfortunate. I like his film as much as anybody the coaches are pursuing, but he's not a hand down, everydown DE. TN, USCe, and others are telling him what he wants to hear.
Can't believe that Pruitt is not telling him they're full of shite. That's not a good tactic anyway.
I guess he's a guy that will have to be shown as the season goes on, if he waits that long.
ETA: Maybe they can show him that 6-2 DEs either go in the 7th round of the draft or not at all.
BTW, Sams doesn't get drafted if it weren't for his proclivity for deviant sexual behavior.

Yeah, if he was smart, he wouldn't want to play with his hand down. He'd have to put on a good 40 pounds and he's 6'2, not 6'4.
Aside from that, I really want Pat Allen. Really want that guy. Give me Seymour, Hardin, and Allen on the OL and I'll be content for June/July. I, personally, want to take 5, so I hope we also land either Minshew/Warmack/Horton and save a spot for Edoga.

I believe in the end we wind up with 3 with a spot left for Edawga.

*PJ is personally recruiting Micah Abernathy. He has a long relationship with the family so there is an "in" there but he also has a ton of factory offers to choose from. There is a shot there. Abernathy is visiting on Friday.
