Your point on what hop is saying is well taken. I think that factors in BK's health issues. I would not be surprised if Woodward is simply sitting back anticipating that BK will coach next year and then step down.

Of course I would rather win 5 more games here in March/April and see BK go out on top.

Bk wins the championship and immediately retires. A&M doesn’t make the tournament for 5 more years.

we are really going to need starks, hogg, and giler to hit their shots tonight. UNC is not good at defending the three

I think Starks is going to get overwhelmed. This is a game where Duane Wilson would make a huge difference.

Assuming we hold on, Michigan is VERY beatable.

Unlike Oklahoma in 2016, we should have a decisive talent advantage.

Incredible half, they have no answer down low. Defense is forcing terrible shots. We look all around solid.

I still think the key is Starks. He must continue to play (mostly) under control. If he continues to keep those TOs down and remembers to swing the ball around so the bigs get touches we can come out on top. If he gets too wild though...

Also, Gilder must stay out of foul trouble for as long as possible. Can't let Berry get going.

We went straight to zone when Gilder hit the bench. We need husband D as much as anything.

Is it really trolling though? Expectations this season were Sweet 16, right?

Don’t know what NC’s fg% was, but it was not good.

I've said it all year, this team is STACKED with talent. Williams is a lottery pick (and an incredibly polished rebounder and defensive player) and Davis, Gilder and Hogg are all 4 star upperclassmen capable of scoring 20 on any given night.

Starks, for all his hair pulling faults, is incredibly gifted and will be an all-American caliber player as an upperclassman.

The fact that we only got a 7 seed with this team is infuriating.
